Fennel tea is a decaffeinated herbal beverage, steeped from the dried fennel seeds. This herb contains minerals such as potassium, copper, iron, calcium, manganese, selenium, zinc, and magnesium. Fennel tea originated from Southern Europe and the Mediterranean Regions where its enjoyed and used for its medical properties.
