Cayenne Pepper Tea

Cayenne pepper tea is said to be a decaffeinated herbal beverage, it is made from ground cayenne pepper. Cayenne tea contains nutrients including vitamin A, B6, C, E, K, manganese, potassium and riboflavin. Cayenne pepper originates in Central and South America. Cayenne tea is enjoyed for its hot and spicy flavor, which often causes a burning sensation in the back of the throat if consumed in large amounts.

How to drink Cayenne Pepper Tea

Start off by boiling water, followed by taking a cup and adding 1 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper, pour the hot water and mix the hot spice until it’s dissolved, can be mixed with other herbs and spices to improve the taste.

    • May cause high blood pressure levels, especially if consumed in large amounts and/or high concentration avoid drinking cayenne pepper tea if you suffer from high blood pressure and/or heart disease, consult a doctor if you wish to drink tea.
