Spearmint tea is a decaffeinated herbal beverage, it is steeped from the dried or fresh leaves of the perennial plant known as Mentha spicata, which is quite similar to peppermint. Spearmint tea contain contains vitamin C, alpha-pinene, B-pinene, carvone, cineole, linalool, limonene, myyrcene and caryphyllene and other minerals like potassium ,manganese, calcium, iron and magnesium. Spearmint tea originates from Asia and Europe. This delicious beverage has minty fresh sweet flavor, which leaves you refreshed.
