Milk thistle tea is a caffeine-free herbal beverage, it is made from the flower silybum marianum from the asteraceae family. Milk thistle tea contains silymarin. It is native to the Mediterranean areas of the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Milk thistle tea has a mildly and sweet flavor, which is often described that it has a similar taste to dandelion tea.
