Sage tea is a herbal decaffeinated tea, it comes from the flowers, leaves and twigs of the sage plant, which is also known as salvia officinalis. Sage tea is native to the Mediterranean region where it has been used for it medical properties fore many years. This delicious beverage contains Vitamins A, B6, C, K and folates, as well as minerals such as iron and copper.
